Dark cocoa powder

Dark cocoa powder is used in the preparation of pastry dough, desserts, creams, for the decoration of confectionery. Provides sweet flavor and aroma of classic cocoa.

Ingredients:
– cocoa powder, 45 g; – 1 egg; – sugar, 100 g; – salt, 2 g; – flour, 175 g;
– Rinse-off TM “Dobrik”, 15 g, – milk 150 ml, – oil, 60 ml;
Method of cooking:
1. Beat the egg by adding melted butter.
2. Separately mix the flour, ripper TM “Dobryk”, add sugar to them, mix, introduce in a dry mixture of cocoa powder.
3. Connect the egg-oil mass with a dry mixture. Pour milk and mix, bringing to a homogeneous state.
4. Bake in a warm oven (200 ° C) for 20-25 minutes, using special molds.
