The best version for a family breakfast at home – chubby cheesecakes with berry topping and fresh seasonal berries (depending on what time of year). It’s really delicious !!!

Ingredients that will be needed for this delicacy —->

Ingredients:

  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 2 tbsp.
  2. Organic corn starch “Dobryk” – 2 tbsp.
  3. Sour milk cheese – 0.5 kg
  4. Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
  5. Flour – 2 tbsp.
  6. A pinch of salt

For decoration:

  1. Topping “Dobryk” (take strawberry)
  2. Organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the dish in turn: sour milk cheese, eggs, flour, organic corn starch “Dobryk”, organic sugar “Dobryk” and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Form cheesecakes and fry on both sides.
  3. Decorate with berry topping from “Dobryk”.
