The holiday is approaching and we are already preparing for Christmas!

We prepare a festive Christmas cake using organic ingredients “Dobryk”.

To prepare the Christmas delicacy you will need:

Ingredients:

• Eggs – 6 pcs
• Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 1 glass
• Oil – 1 glass
• Flour – 5 glass
• Sugar with vanilla flavor “Dobryk” – 8 g
• Raisins – to taste
• Organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” – 2 tbsp

Preparation:

1. Combine the yolks with half of the organic sugar “Dobryk” and beat. Add water, oil, sugar with vanilla flavor “Dobryk” and mix thoroughly. Beat the proteins with the rest of the organic sugar “Dobryk”.
2. Add whipped proteins to the yolks, mix easily, add the sifted flour and mix everything well until smooth. Add raisins.
3. Bake in the oven in a mold at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the finished Christmas cake with organic powdered sugar “Dobryk”.
