Strudel with apples

Thin crispy dough and a lot of juicy filling – sour apples, aromatic cinnamon, raisins and croutons! The taste, aroma of apple strudel cannot be confused with anything!

This delicious requires the following ingredients—>



  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 180 g
  2. Ground cinnamon “Lubystok” – 10 g
  3. Apples – 1 kg
  4. Raisins – 180 g
  5. Butter – 50 g
  6. Rusks (crushed) – 100 g
  7. Powdered sugar “Dobryk” – 1 tbsp. l.



  1. Flour – 250 g
  2. Eggs – 1 pc.
  3. Water – 100 ml
  4. Oil – 2 tablespoons
  5. A pinch of salt


  1. In a deep bowl, combine flour, egg, salt, water, vegetable oil. Knead the dough (10-15 minutes). Grease with vegetable oil, wrap the finished dough in foil and leave alone for 30 minutes.
  2. Crumbs for the filling: Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan, pour in 100 g of chopped crackers. Fry for 7-10 minutes, cool completely. Then add to the filling.
  3. Filling: Soak raisins (can be in rum), dry. Finely chop the apples (1 kg). Add raisins, sugar and toasted croutons. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out and stretch the dough as thin as possible. Brush with melted butter. Repeat with the second sheet of dough. Put the filling inside, wrap the strudel.
  4. Gently transfer to a baking sheet (you can use a towel), grease the top with melted butter.
  5. We bake in a preheated oven up to 200 ° С for 30 minutes.
  6. Brush the hot strudel with melted butter again. Let cool for 20 minutes, and dust with  powdered sugar “Dobryk”.
  7. Serve a slice of strudel with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
