It’s autumn time – it’s time to bake apple pies!
Add sugar and spices from “Dobryk” to the sour-milk cheese filling and the homemade pastry will have a pleasant taste and aroma.
1. Apples – 500 g
3. Sour milk cheese – 500 g
4. Egg yolks – 2 pcs.
5. Semolina – 2 tbsp.
6. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 2 tbsp.
7. Zest of one lemon
Preparation
First, we prepare the dough: combine the dry ingredients – flour, “Dobryk” baking powder, “Dobryk” vanillin and salt. Beat the egg whites with “Dobryk” sugar until smooth. Combine the egg mass with a mixture of dry ingredients, add pieces of soft butter and knead a smooth, soft and elastic dough. The dough is ready if it no longer sticks to your hands.
