Preparation:
Beat the soft butter with a mixer. Add condensed milk. Whisk until smooth.
Make syroup on agar: add agar-agar “Dobryk” and organic sugar “Dobryk “ to the water. Heat the syroup to a temperature of 116 degrees. Beat egg whites until elastic foam. Add the brewed syroup. Beat with a mixer until peaks form. Add butter cream and continue beating.
Dissolve the syroup “Irish liqueur” “Dobryk” with water. For a moment, dip Savoyardi cookies in syroup and place in ice cube trays.
We form souffle through a confectionery bag. Decorate with grated dark chocolate.
