Brownie

Brownie – tender pastries with the richest chocolate taste. TM “Dobryk” advises to use cocoa from the organic line of ingredients for baking.

Ingredients you need —>

Ingredients:

  1. Dark chocolate – 200 g
  2. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 200 g
  3. Organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” – 50 g
  4. Cocoa powder organic “Dobryk” – 80 g
  5. Baking powder “Dobryk” – 1 u.e
  6. Vanillin “Dobryk” – 1 u.e
  7. Butter – 150 g
  8. Flour – 100 g
  9. Eggs – 150 g
  10. Salt – 5 g

Preparation:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath until smooth and bring to a boil.
  2. Add organic sugar “Dobryk” and organic cocoa powder “Dobryk”. Stir. One by one we enter eggs. Combine flour, baking powder “Dobryk” salt and vanilla “Dobryk” and add to the mixture. Knead the liquid dough.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Cool the finished dessert completely. Cut the cakes into portions and decorate with dark cocoa powder, organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” and grated chocolate.
