Cheese cookies with cinnamon

Gentle and snowy, crunchy and even with cinnamon – a simple recipe for delicious homemade cookies quickly from TM “Dobryk”. 

For this delicacy, you need the following ingredients—>

Ingredients:

  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 10 g
  2. Sugar with cinnamon “Dobryk” – 2 tsp.
  3. Sour milk cheese – 120 g
  4. Butter – 70 g
  5. Organic sugar powder “Dobryk” – 2 tsp.
  6. Baking powder “Dobryk” – 5 g
  7. Flour – 120 g
  8. Eggs – 1 pc. (yolk)
  9. A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  • Squeeze sour milk cheese (if there is excess moisture).
  • Mix flour, baking powder “Dobryk”, salt and organic sugar. Add cold butter (cut into cubes) and rub with your hands or a mixer nozzle.

Preparation:

  • Add egg yolk and cottage cheese, knead the dough and wrap in cling film. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Roll out the dough thinly, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, cut out cookies of the desired shape.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes to blush.
