Chocolate gingerbread

The real delicacy is homemade chocolate gingerbreads with organic cocoa from TM “Dobryk”. They are very easy to prepare, and the chocolate taste is reminiscent of childhood!

Ingredients if you need to cook tasty gingerbread  —>



  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 220 g
  2. Organic cocoa powder “Dobryk” – 50 g
  3. Seasoning for baking “Dobryk” – 1 tsp.
  4. Baking powder “Dobryk” – 15 g
  5. Milk – 200 ml.
  6. Wheat flour – 350 g
  7. Eggs – 1 (yolk)
  8. Oil – 3 tbsp.
  9. A pinch of salt


  1. Organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” – 200 g
  2. Milk – 50 ml



  1. Heat the milk.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour (100 g) and organic sugar “Dobryk”, pour warm milk into the mixture, mix, cool to room temperature. Add oil, a pinch of salt, organic cocoa powder “Dobryk”, baking powder “Dobryk” and 1 tsp. seasonings for baking “Dobryk”. Mix thoroughly, add the rest of the flour and knead the dough to a uniform consistency.
  3. Form gingerbread from the dough.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes for temperatures of 180 ° C.
  5. We make glaze: mix organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” (200 g) with milk (50 ml).
  6. Warm gingerbread to cover with icing.
