Christmas is one of the greatest Christian holidays! We preserve traditions and prepare the obligatory Christmas Eve dish – a traditional kutia with honey, poppy seeds and nuts.

Preparation:

1. Pre-soak wheat grains for several hours.
2. Pour water (in the proportion of 3 cups of water to 1 cup of wheat grains), salt and bring to a boil.
3. Add poppy seed filling, washed raisins, chopped roasted nuts, honey (or organic sugar) and compote to the boiled wheat. Stir.
4. Put the finished Christmas corner in ice cube trays and enjoy its taste.
