Cinnabony

American classic cinnamon buns – cinabons – conquered the whole world! The taste, aroma and appearance of these delicacies should not be confused with anything.

We bake cinnabons with organic ingredients from TM “Dobryk” and cinnamon from the Trading House “Lubystok”.

Ingredients needed for this delicacy—->

Ingredients:

Sponge

  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 30 g
  2. Yeast “Dobryk” – 10 g
  3. Milk (warm) – 250 ml
  4. Flour – 150 g
Dough
  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 70 g
  2. Vanillin “Dobryk” – 1 unitary enterprise.
  3. Flour – 450 g
  4. Eggs – 2 pcs.
  5. Butter – 100 g
  6. A pinch of salt

Ingredients:

Filling

  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 150 g
  2. Ground cinnamon “Lubystok” – 15 g
  3. Butter – 100 g
Pouring from above
  1. Organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” – 40 g
  2. Mascarpone cheese – 250 g
  3. Milk – 40 ml

Preparation:

  1. Add dry yeast “Dobryk”, organic sugar and flour to the heated milk. Carefully mix the ingredients, cover with a towel and leave for 30 – 50 minutes in a warm place.
  2. Then mix 2 eggs with sugar and add to the mash. Add a pinch of salt and melted butter. Stir gently. Sift and add flour (450 -500 g). Knead the dough. Cover with a towel, put to rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
  3. Roll out the finished dough in a thin layer. Grease with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar with the addition of ground cinnamon “Lubystok”.
  4. Carefully wrap the dough in a roll, divide into equal parts and cut (this portion is about 12-14 cinnabons). Wrap the edge of each cinnabon under the bottom so that it does not come off during baking. Cover the formed cinabons with cling film and leave for another 30-50 minutes. to climb well.
  5. Bake cinnabons should be at t 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
  6. For pouring on top: add  organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” and milk to the cream cheese (mascarpone). Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  7. Fill hot ready-made cinnabons with sweet filling and enjoy fragrant pastries with pleasure!
