Gingerbread cookies

Traditional Christmas treats – fragrant and delicious gingerbread!

We bake together with TM “Dobryk” and natural spices from the Trading House “Lubystok”!

 

Ingredients that are necessary for Christmas delicacy—>

Ingredients:

  1. Natural honey – 100 g
  2. Artificial honey – 150 g
  3. Butter – 200 g
  4. Baking powder “Dobryk” – 10 g
  5. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 150 g
  6. Flour – 650 g
  7. Eggs – 2 pcs.
  8. Cognac – 2 tsp.

Seasonings:

  1. Ginger “Lubystok” – 0.5 tsp.
  2. Cinnamon “Lubystok” – 0.5 tsp.
  3. Nutmeg “Lubystok” – 0.5 tsp.
  4. A pinch of red and black pepper
  5. Salt

Icing for painting gingerbread:

  1. Organic powder “Dobryk” – 480 g
  2. Protein – 90 g (2 pcs.)

Preparation:

  1. Heat two types of honey, add butter. Heat and stir until smooth. Leave to cool.
  2. Mix organic sugar and eggs separately. Add spices – ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, a pinch of red and black pepper, a little salt.
  3. Combine with egg mass. Add 2 teaspoons of cognac. Add flour in portions and knead the dough. Leave overnight in the refrigerator (10-12 hours).
  4. Roll out the cooled dough evenly.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
  6. Icing for painting gingerbread: add 90 grams of protein (approximately 2 eggs) to organic powder “Dobryk “(480 g). Mix with a mixer on low speed for 5-7 minutes. If desired, the icing can be painted with food coloring.
