Craffin has become so popular in the last few years that millions of housewives are sure to bake it for Easter. We bake Easter cakes at home with organic ingredients, using sugar decorations from the company “Dobryk”.

Ingredients which necessary for prepare kraffins —>


  1. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 180 g
  2. Dry yeast “Dobryk” – 30 g
  3. Sugar with aroma of vanilla “Dobryk” – 1 u.e.
  4. Butter – 380 g
  5. Wheat flour – 650 g (+ 50 g for sourdough)
  6. Egg yolks – 4 amount
  7. Milk – 300 g
  8. Salt – 3 g

For filling:

  1. A mixture of nuts – 300 g (cashews, almonds, Greek)
  2. Raisins – 200 g
  3. Water – 70 ml
  4. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 20 g
  5. Dark rum – 30 ml
  6. Lemon peel
  7. Orange peel and juice


  1. Combine warm milk (not higher than 40 ° C) with dry yeast “Dobryk”. Add a portion of organic sugar “Dobryk” and flour. Stir the mash lightly and leave in a warm place.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: dry and grind the mixture of nuts. Raisins – soak in boiling water, pour dark rum and add citrus peel. Leave the raisins in the refrigerator for a few hours (until the formation of the donut.)
  3. Prepare the base of the dough: in a mixer bowl (or in a separate bowl) combine room temperature oil and  organic sugar “Dobryk”. Add salt and vanilla-flavored sugar “Dobryk”. Whisk to splendor. Add egg yolks. Mix again. Combine the mixture with the mash. Gradually add flour. Knead the dough until smooth. Cover with cling film and leave for 1.5-2 hours. rise in the heat (preferably 2 times). Saw the table with flour, stretch the dough into a square and fold in layers. Cover with a bowl and leave for 20 minutes. Then repeat the procedure again.
  4. The finished dough is divided into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece into a thin layer. Grease generously with soft oil. Form four kraffins – two with raisins and two with a mixture of nuts. Wrap the dough with the filling in a roll, carefully cut in the middle and wrap the donuts. We spread in the form. Cover with cling film and let rise.
  5. Bake kraffins for about 40 minutes at 170 ° C. For 20 minutes. until ready, cover the donuts with foil so that they do not burn. Cool the finished kraffins. Decorate with organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” and sweet Easter lace “Dobryk”.
