We bake marble biscuits, or it is also called cracked biscuits. The recipe is very simple – just a few ingredients and a delicious treat is ready.

Preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath (or pulses in the microwave).
2. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Add  organic cocoa powder “Dobryk”, baking powder, vanillin, flour, dark chocolate, butter and knead the dough thoroughly until smooth.
3. Tighten with cling film and refrigerate for several hours.
4. Form into balls from the cold chocolate mass.
5. Dip in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
