Prepare sour cream jelly: soak gelatin “Dobryk” in 4 tbsp. l. water. Cream (50 ml) is poured into a separate bowl. The remaining cream, vanillin “Dobryk”, sour cream and organic sugar “Dobryk” are mixed in a mixer bowl. Beat until the sugar dissolves and increase in weight by about a third.
Melt the swollen gelatin over medium heat. Add to it, stirring constantly, 50 ml of the remaining cream.
Pour the resulting mixture into the creamy mass, without stopping to beat it. Spread the mass with ice cube trays and place in the refrigerator to solidify.
Bring strawberry juice to a boil and pour into the swollen gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Let cool a bit. Remove the ice cream cones with the frozen sour cream jelly from the refrigerator. Put fresh strawberries on top of it.
Pour strawberry jelly.
Put in the refrigerator to harden for 2-3 hours.
