Strawberry tiramisu

The classic Italian dessert “Tiramisu” will be prepared with fresh strawberries – very summery. We prepare summer berry desserts together with “Dobryk”!

The ingredients we need—>

  • Strawberries – 100 g
  • Espresso coffee – 50 ml
  • Chicken eggs (yolks) – 3 pcs.
  • Mascarpone – 200 g
  • Cream 30% – 170 ml
  • Savoyard cookies – 250 g

Preparation:

  1. We are preparing cream for dessert: soak gelatin “Dobryk” in 70 ml of water. To 100 grams of Dobryk organic sugar, add 50 ml of water and a pinch of Dobryk vanillin and brew syrup, heat to 120 C.
  2. Beat 3 egg yolks until stiff and add hot syrup with a thin whisk (mix thoroughly). Add melted gelatin and coffee to the yolk mass. Lightly beat the cream and add mascarpone, mix until smooth. Mix the cream mass with the egg mixture until smooth.
  3. We begin to lay out our dessert: on the bottom of the cream cakes (or klankans), we alternately lay Savoyardi cookies (you can additionally soak them with coffee or syrup), then a layer of strawberries, then a layer of cream. Repeat in 3-4 layers.
  4. For decoration, we use dark cocoa powder from “Dobryk” and fresh strawberries.
  5. The finished dessert can be cooled a little.
