Beat 3 egg yolks until stiff and add hot syrup with a thin whisk (mix thoroughly). Add melted gelatin and coffee to the yolk mass. Lightly beat the cream and add mascarpone, mix until smooth. Mix the cream mass with the egg mixture until smooth.
We begin to lay out our dessert: on the bottom of the cream cakes (or klankans), we alternately lay Savoyardi cookies (you can additionally soak them with coffee or syrup), then a layer of strawberries, then a layer of cream. Repeat in 3-4 layers.
