  • Cocoa butter – 60 g

 

For the cream

  • Condensed milk – 300 g
  • Butter – 200 g
  • A mixture of nuts – 50 g
  • Waffle crumb “royalty” – 30 g
  • Orange peel

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs together with organic sugar “Dobryk” to form a homogeneous stable mass.
  2. Mix together dough leavener “Dobryk”and flour. Add oil and water to the dough. Thoroughly mix everything with a mixer.
  3. Bake a thin cake – 20 minutes at t 180 ° C.
  4. Prepare the cream: beat the oil at room temperature until it changes color, add condensed milk. Cool the sponge cake, tear it into pieces and add butter cream, almond flakes, orange peel and waffle crumbs “royalty”. Mix thoroughly. From the finished mass form small balls. You can put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, so that the cake pops hold their shape better.
  5. Prepare the glaze: combine milk chocolate and cocoa butter. Melt the pulses in a microwave oven (or steam bath). Dip cake pops in icing and decorate with confectionery “Dobryk”.
