Ingredients:

• Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 150 g
• Organic corn starch “Dobryk” – 100 g
• Vanillin – 1/2 tsp.
• Butter – 250 g
• Oil – 1.5 tbsp.
• Organic powdered sugar “Dobryk” – 1 tbsp.
• Egg— 3 pcs.
• Milk – 3 tbsp.
• Baking powder – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

1. In a blender bowl, beat eggs and organic sugar for one minute.
2. While still beating, add more water and oil.
3. Sifted flour, organic corn starch “Dobryk”, baking powder, vanilla add to the resulting mixture. Beat again for 7 minutes.Pour the finished dough into a pre-greased cake pan.
4. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
5. Decorate the finished cake with organic sugar “Dobryk”.
