Add liquid ingredients (eggs + organic sugar “Dobryk”, oil, butter, milk) at room temperature, before beating for 3-4 minutes on medium speed. Add vinegar and salt and beat again.
Bake the sponge cake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes.
Check the biscuit for readiness with a toothpick – it must remain dry. Cover the biscuit with cling film and cool.
Chop the sponge cake, add custard. Mix until smooth. Form balls of about 30 g, refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Remove, secure the sticks and put back in the fridge for a few hours.
Prepare the glaze for cake pops: melt the chocolate, add oil and mix thoroughly.
