Chocolate cake pops

From now on you will be able to prepare mini-cakes on a stick yourself! Mega-popular cake pops will definitely be a great addition to the holiday candy bar! We prepare our biscuit mini-cakes with organic confectionery ingredients from TM “Dobryk”.

Ingredients you need —>


Chocolate sponge cake

  1. Flour – 125 g
  2. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 135 g
  3. Organic cocoa powder “Dobryk” – 40 g
  4. Baking powder “Dobryk” – 1 pack
  5. Salt – ½ tsp.
  6. Eggs – 1 pc.
  7. Oil – 30 ml
  8. Butter – 30 g
  9. Milk – 150 ml
  10. Vinegar – ½ st. l.


  1. Instant custard with chocolate flavor “Dobryk” – 1 pack
  2. Butter – 100 g
  3. Milk – 400 ml
  4. Ground cardamom “Lubystok” – to taste


  1. Dark chocolate – 250 g
  2. Oil – 60 ml

Confectionary “Dobryk”



  1. Combine flour, organic cocoa powder “Dobryk”, baking powder “Dobryk” and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add liquid ingredients (eggs + organic sugar “Dobryk”, oil, butter, milk) at room temperature, before beating for 3-4 minutes on medium speed. Add vinegar and salt and beat again.
  3. Bake the sponge cake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes.
  4. Check the biscuit for readiness with a toothpick – it must remain dry. Cover the biscuit with cling film and cool.
  5. Prepare custard: instant custard with chocolate flavor “Dobryk” is prepared according to the recipe on the back of the package. Cool and add butter. Beat with a mixer. Add ground cardamom “Lubystok”.
  6. Chop the sponge cake, add custard. Mix until smooth. Form balls of about 30 g, refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Remove, secure the sticks and put back in the fridge for a few hours.
  7. Prepare the glaze for cake pops: melt the chocolate, add oil and mix thoroughly.
  8. Soak chilled cake pops, sprinkle with confectionery “Dobryk”.
