Panna cotta

Panna Cotta – an incredibly delicious berry dessert that will appeal to adults and children! We prepare delicacies with organic confectionery ingredients from TM “Dobryk”.

Ingredients for making berry dessert —->


  1. Cream 20% – 500 ml
  2. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 90 g
  3. Gelatin “Dobryk” – 15 g
  4. Water (for gelatin) – 60 ml
  5. Vanillin “Dobryk” – 1 g

Raspberry kuli

  1. Raspberry puree – 150 g
  2. Organic sugar “Dobryk” – 90 g
  3. Organic corn starch “Dobryk” – 10 g
  4. Fresh strawberries (or other berries to taste) – 100 g
  5. Mint – for decoration
  6. Strawberry topping “Dobryk” (or another to your liking)

  1. Soak gelatin “Dobryk” with cold water. Add organic sugar to the cream and bring to a boil.
  2. Add gelatin and vanillin and mix thoroughly, pour into glasses. Refrigerate for a few hours to harden completely.
  3. Prepare raspberry balls: mix raspberry puree, organic sugar and cornstarch and boil. Add pieces of fresh strawberries (or other berries to taste). Pour over panna cotta.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries, strawberry topping “Dobryk” and fresh mint.
