Preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough: mix the dry ingredients, add soft butter and grind the dough into crumbs. Add one egg and knead the dough until smooth. Roll out a thin sheet of dough and cut in the shape of a baking tray in which we will bake a cake.
  2. Prepare the filling: peel the rhubarb and chop finely. Add  organic sugar “Dobryk” and organic corn starch “Dobryk”, and a few tablespoons of fragrant sugar with lemon zest and ginger “Dobryk”. Spread the filling on the dough.
  3. Bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
  4. Cut the finished cake and sprinkle with organic powdered sugar “Dobryk”.
